What is needed for a quotation?
Site location, property type, entry points, operating hours, required posts, expected duties and preferred start date. A site assessment may be required.
Can guards manage visitors and deliveries?
Yes, when these duties are included in approved post instructions and the client supplies clear entry rules and authorised contacts.
Can GURUU plan day and night coverage?
Coverage can be planned across approved shifts, subject to personnel availability, lawful working arrangements and the service agreement.
What happens during an incident?
Actions depend on post instructions and the event. The priority is to observe accurately, communicate quickly, protect life within the role's limits and escalate appropriately.
Is GURUU PSARA licensed?
The PSARA licence application is in progress. GURUU will publish the number, approved operating area and validity only after the licence is issued and verified.
Which locations are served?
GURUU is based in Thiruverumbur, Tiruchirappalli. Service availability and valid licence coverage must be confirmed for each district and site.
